In addition to his position as a Director of Tennergy, Mr. Little is the General Manager of Humboldt Utilities. Mr. Little has had full responsibility for the utility under the direction of the Board of Directors since 1983. Prior to 1983, Mr. Little was a sales and marketing executive with Jefferson Smurfit Corporation (Alton Box), as well as a teacher and coach.
Mr. Little is a graduate of Union University. He received a Master's Degree in Supervision and Administration from the University of Tennessee, Martin.
Mr. Nanney is the Senior Vice President – Electric Division of Jackson Energy Authority (JEA). Prior to his current position, Mr. Nanney has had involvement with all the five utility divisions of the Jackson Energy Authority while serving as the Vice President of Operations, Vice President of Engineering, Vice President of Business Development and Senior Vice President of Telecommunications. He has been employed at the Jackson Energy Authority since 1977, following a two-year employment with TVA. He is a graduate of the University of Tennessee with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, is a graduate of the University of Memphis with a Master of Business Administration and is a Registered Professional Engineer in the State of Tennessee.
Mr. Nanney serves on the Board of Directors and the Legislative Committee of the Tennessee Municipal Electric Power Association, on the Engineering & Operations committees of Transmission & Distribution and Industry Standards of the American Public Power Association and the Operations Coordination Committee of the Tennessee Valley Public Power Association.
Randy J. Nipp

In addition to his position as a Director of Tennergy, Mr. Nipp serves as the Senior Vice President of Jackson Energy Authority’s gas division. Mr. Nipp has served over 25 years with JEA, filling various levels of responsibility including Gas System Engineer and Vice President of Engineering and Operations.
He is a graduate of the University of Tennessee (B.S. Civil Engineering; M.S. Engineering Administration), and is a Registered Professional Engineer in the States of Tennessee and Mississippi.
John F. Sharpe
Director
Mr. Sharpe has served as the Treasurer of Tennergy since January 1998. In addition, he served as General Manager of Brownsville Utilities Department's electric, gas, water, wastewater and propane systems from 1997 until his retirement in December 2007. Mr. Sharpe began his career with the Brownsville Utilities Department in 1961 as a summer employee and served as Assistant Manager from 1964 to 1977.
Mr. Sharpe is a graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology.
